I don’t know whether you are an individual marketer or representative of a company but if I were in your place I would certainly have done this activity in-house rather than outsourcing it. There are two main reasons:
1) Cost in outsourcing will be much more
2) If you build the "competency" in-house you can leverage again & again in future.
